Job Description

You will perform a wide range of reinstatement works in a variety of work environments, (flags, paving & concrete works) while complying with all applicable legislation and regulations.


You will be part of a two man team covering a wide range of tasks for our client Northern Ireland Water


Reporting to a Works Supervisor on a daily basis


The ability to work efficiently and to deadlines, whilst maintaing a high level of workmanship


Willing to work flexible hours and cover emergency work where needed


Follow all Health & Safety Guidelines as set out by the Company


This is a very busy working environment and we offer ongoing paid overtime (both weekend work and out of hours)

About The Role




Experience in concrete works, flagging and brick paving is needed.


The work mainly consists of laying concrete, brick paving and kerbs.

Remove spoil and waste materials and dispose of as instructed Complete allocated work(s) and work records within the planned timescales to the standard of Safety and Quality Liaise with the planning/management team throughout the working day to facilitate the completion of planned tasks A professional attitude is expected at all times as the role is working in public areas and on some occasions you will be required to work within a customer's property

Required Criteria




Experience in concrete works, flagging and brick paving.




Desired Criteria



Hold a class 1 or C1E licence Hold a valid Streetworks card
