Civils Operative

to join our team.

Role Overview:

As a Civils Operative, you will work as part of a team carrying out various groundworks and civil engineering tasks including (but not limited to):

Kerbing, edging, and drainage Footway and carriageway preparation Site clearance and reinstatement Setting out levels and basic measurement Working with asphalt surfacing teams

Key Responsibilities:

Operate hand tools and small plant equipment safely and effectively Read and follow site plans and instructions Comply with all Health & Safety regulations and site-specific policies Maintain a clean and safe working environment Work collaboratively with supervisors, site managers, and other operatives

Requirements:

Experience in a similar civils or groundworks role CSCS Card (required) Full UK Driving Licence (essential - willingness to travel and stay away from home if required) NPORS/CPCS for plant machinery (preferred) A proactive attitude and a commitment to high standards of work

Pay: 24,420.00-78,178.50 per year

Schedule:

10 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability
