is a market leader in outdoor estate management, delivering essential civil engineering and reactive works across the UK. Were looking for a results-driven Civils & Reactive Works Manager to take ownership of our small civils and reactive works projects, while driving new business through effective estimating and client engagement.

THE ROLE

Manage end-to-end delivery of small-scale civils and reactive works Prepare detailed and accurate estimates and quotations for new projects Support business growth through identifying and converting sales opportunities Oversee teams of operatives and subcontractors on live sites Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures Use company systems to maintain accurate records, pricing, and reporting Delivering KPIs and key customer satisfaction scores by ensuring customers requirements are achieved

ABOUT YOU

Proven experience in civils, infrastructure, or reactive maintenance Strong estimating skills and commercial awareness Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Full UK driving licence Good IT skills, confident user of CRM systems, MS Office and able to use web-based systems. Can demonstrate success in improved service delivery and customer satisfaction.
