As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced

Civils Site Manager

to join our passionate team based from our HQ in Uddingston with regular travel to sites throughout the UK.

The Role

Oversee day-to-day site operations and civil works Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and project specifications Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors Manage site logistics, materials, and workforce Monitor progress and report on project milestones Resolve technical and operational issues on-site Maintain accurate records and site documentation

What you will need

Proven experience in civil engineering site management, ideally within the energy or utilities sector but other relevant sector experience welcomed. Strong knowledge of groundworks, concrete structures, drainage, and enabling works. Experience working in renewable energy or power distribution is a plus Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Relevant qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management). SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. Full UK driving licence.
