Civils Site Manager - Industrial Build

Location: Central Belt
Salary: 45 to 50k plus Benefits (Car / Allowance)
Project Value: 2m

We're looking for an experienced

to lead the delivery of a 2m industrial build on a former petrochemical site. The project includes a piling package of 200-250 piles, reinforced concrete beam foundations, groundworks, and associated civils works.

The Role

Manage subcontractors across piling, groundworks, and civils. Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring programme, quality, and budget targets are met. Drive strict safety and compliance standards on a high-risk industrial site. Liaise with the client, design team, and senior management.

What We're Looking For

Strong background in civils and piling projects. Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills. SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), First Aid.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year
