Job Hours: 45 hours, Monday - Friday, Permanent, Full-time



Job Location: Suffolk



Job Salary: 14-16 per hour

Essential criteria;




Who we are looking for:


Experience:

Proven experience as a Civil Operative.

Qualifications:

COP2 certification, proficient in operating machines up to 5T.

Knowledge:

Solid understanding of Civil Engineering principles, trenching, ducting, reinstatement works focusing on locating Low Voltage cables.

Safety Commitment:

Strong dedication to safety protocols and fostering a secure work environment.

Driving License:

A full clean UK Driving license is required for this role.

Role and responsibilities;




What your role will include:


Excavations Expertise:

Skillfully dig trenches using specialised equipment, with a primary focus on locating Low Voltage cables.

Ground Assessment:

Evaluate soil conditions to tailor excavation methods accordingly.

Restoration and Stability:

Ensure thorough reinstatement of excavated areas, ensuring stability and longevity.

Compliance and Quality:

Adhere to stringent regulations and local authority standards for reinstatement.
