Job Summary

We seek 2-man gangs for trenchworks on a solar field project,

MUST

be highly skilled on an excavator and be able to work efficiently in restricted areas.

The site is based in Norwich.

AJH is based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch

At least 1 operator per gang is to be highly skilled in excavator work, and the other operator is to have a minimum of a dumper ticket, ideally, both candidates will have a

360, plus a dumper ticket. A skid steer ticket would be highly advantageous

, however not a deal breaker for the right candidate.

You must be able to commute to the site or be based in Norwich, both options are suitable.

day Rate is negotiable

with a

start available at the end of September 2025 (2 weeks).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the team to execute trenchwork and civil engineering tasks effectively. Conduct thorough inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Document project progress and report any issues or concerns to management. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills.
