Job Summary

We are seeking 4 cladding inspection operatives, on behalf of a large Refurb cladding contractor in the Manchester area. Company Van & fuel card will be provided, works will be located in and around the North West: Manchester, Warrington, Liverpool and Yorkshire. Works to be undertaken will include travelling to sites within the areas listed above and using a cherry picker to span the building. Segments of the existing cladding will be taken for inspection to be tested, and a report will be prepared from there on what to do next. Pasma and a driving licence is essential for this work.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites to ensure adherence to safety standards and building codes. Utilise hand tools for inspection purposes Field-based role, travelling the North West Taking samples of existing cladding to prepare a report Working in teams of 2 Work well within a team with effective communication skills

Skills

Proficiency in Refurb cladding works previously PASMA, with experience working at height and use of a cherry picker Driving licence is essential CSCS card is essential Strong familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in construction settings. Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately. Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for identifying potential issues or hazards on-site. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and contractors. Problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during inspections.
