We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cladding disciplines and possess the ability to work with a range of tools and equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach to installation tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. All applicants must hold a valid skilled worker (blue card) have there own tools and transport and preferably a ipaf 3a 3b card.
Duties
Carry out installations across various projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Utilise hand tools and power tools for roofing and cladding and fabrication as required.
Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to guide installation processes.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure it meets required standards.
Skills
Must be able to finish detail and flashing work to a high standard and have Proficiency in roofing and cladding.
Strong understanding of hand tools and power tools used in construction.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and client interaction.
