As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Claims Administrator to help onboard new clients and support the smooth running of our personal injury claims department. Full training will be provided.

The Role
As a Claims Administrator, you will play a vital role in the initial stages of the claims process, ensuring each new client's file is accurately set up and ready for progression.
Your responsibilities will include:
Onboarding new clients, gathering key information, and ensuring all necessary documentation is received.
Verifying and fact-checking client details and supporting evidence.
Creating and maintaining digital files on our in-house case management system.
Ensuring all data is entered accurately and in line with internal processes and compliance standards.
Liaising with clients, colleagues, and external parties to obtain any missing information or clarification.
Supporting the wider legal and administrative team to ensure cases are prepared efficiently for the next stage.
Maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail in all aspects of file handling.

What We're Looking For
Essential:
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Confident communicator with a professional and empathetic manner, especially when dealing with ex-service personnel.
Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Positive, proactive approach to work with a strong sense of responsibility.
Desirable:
Previous experience in a legal, claims-handling, or administrative role, with relevant claims management system experience.
Understanding of personal injury claims (advantageous but not essential).
Experience working in a client-focused or regulated environment.
