At Complete Vehicle Support, we are a specialist accident and repair management business. When vehicles are out of action, we step in to provide replacements, ensuring our customers maintain their independence and mobility.



We are currently seeking a Claims Advisor to join us during an exciting phase of growth. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, collaborating with motor manufacturers and third-party claims administrators to ensure high-quality, prompt repairs.

What will you be doing?





Each day you'll be working across the repair management lifecycle, dealing with car body repairers, insurers, and broker clients, as well as updating customers on the phone and via email on the status of their repair. This is a fast-paced role, and we're looking for applicants who are up for a challenge!

Key Responsibilities:




Work closely with fleet work providers, clients, and repairers to ensure timely and efficient repairs. Research and select suitable repairers from CVS' vast repair network based on specific customer needs. Update and maintain a bespoke case management system with detailed progress reports. Liaise with insurers and engineers to address liability queries and recover costs. Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving. Adhere to strict service level agreements and timelines.
We are seeking someone with experience handling a high volume of calls, ideally within the motor industry in some capacity, who is hoping to broaden their expertise by dealing with a wider range of enquiries. Ambition and new ideas are always encouraged!
