An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Laurencekirk Agency.
About the role:
To be first point of contact for customers for general insurance claims
Liaising with relevant stakeholders, e.g., claims department, loss adjusters etc on claims matters
Processing claims in line with company guidance
Answering customer telephone inquires
Processing Mid-Term Adjustments on customer policies
About you:
Must be proficient in all Microsoft office packages
Insurance background advantageous but not essential
Minimum of 2 Scottish Highers or equivalent
