What You'll Be Doing



As a Claims Apprentice, you'll dive into the heart of insurance operations - investigating and managing claims, supporting customers, and learning how decisions are made in real-world scenarios.


Investigate claims - gather facts, assess losses, and help determine fair outcomes Communicate confidently - be the friendly voice for policyholders, solicitors, and partners Manage data & documents - handle receipts, photos, and claim details accurately Assess claims - learn to apply policy terms and make sound judgments Support financial accuracy - help maintain claim estimates and reserves Detect fraud - assist in identifying suspicious or fraudulent activity
