rovide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers in all aspects of Claims Administration

, to be successful in this position you will:

Be proactive, curious and a confident communicator Have an excellent telephone manner, providing great customer service Speak to brokers, clients, claimants, or medical providers Have good attention to detail and work in a varied and fast-paced environment Be able to interpret information and make appropriate recommendations Work alone and autonomously, as well as collaboratively in a team Be able to use IT internal systems on a day-day basis
The successful Customer Service Advisors can expect:
