Office!What You'll Be Doing:
From first contact to final resolution, you'll be the driving force behind managing environmental claims from start to finish - no handoffs, just ownership and impact. You'll build strong relationships, keep our clients informed, and ensure every claim is handled with care, compliance, and confidence.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Handling claims end to end with accuracy and empathy Supporting clients and customers via phone, email, and CRM systems Prioritising cases and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) Liaising across internal teams to keep everything running smoothly Helping improve our claims processes with your ideas and feedback
What We're Looking For:
A proactive, detail-oriented team player with a "can-do" attitude Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner Previous experience in customer service or a fast-paced office environment (Bonus) Insurance or claims handling experience
