The Role
We are looking for a
motivated Claims Handler
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with at least
6 months' sales experience
who enjoys speaking with people, building rapport, and helping clients take the first steps in their claims journey.
You will work with
qualified, warm leads only
-- no cold calling -- and play a vital role in ensuring clients receive a smooth, professional, and supportive experience from first contact.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential clients using qualified existing leads
Build rapport and understand client circumstances
Explain the claims process clearly and confidently
Accurately gather and record client information on the CRM system
Ensure all information is compliant and complete
Work towards individual and team performance targets
Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve results and processes
Requirements
Minimum
6 months' sales experience
(telesales, direct sales, or similar)
Excellent communication and telephone skills
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Target-driven with a proactive mindset
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Basic computer literacy (CRM and Microsoft Office)
Claims or legal experience is beneficial but
not essential
