Claims Handler

to join our growing Bristol team--someone who can combine empathy and organisation to guide our customers through the repair journey from start to finish.

About the Role

As a

Claims Handler

, you'll take ownership of property repair jobs--coordinating between clients, contractors, and colleagues to make sure works progress smoothly and professionally. You'll be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage property repair jobs from instruction to completion (e.g. water leaks, fire, storm damage) Schedule inspections and works with contractors Keep clients updated with clear and timely communication Record all job activity using internal systems Approve or escalate works within authority levels Assist with subcontractor onboarding and compliance Support day-to-day office coordination and H&S admin

What We're Looking For

Experience handling repair jobs, facilities, or operational coordinator. Experience within Insurance processes and industry is a must. Comfortable using CRM/job tracking systems Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident communicator with empathy and professionalism Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities

Bonus Points For:

Knowledge of property repairs or contractor workflows Experience in office coordination or health & safety Familiarity with onboarding or managing subcontractors

What We Offer

28,000 - 32,000 base salary
