Your Role:

As a Claims Handler in our First Notification of Loss (FNOL) team, you'll play a critical role in guiding customers through the claims process--from first notification to settlement. You'll ensure claims are processed efficiently, referred to the appropriate teams, and handled with professionalism.

What You'll Do:

Customer Support:

Assist customers with empathy and accuracy, ensuring their claims are processed smoothly.

Claims Management:

Handle claims from start to finish, within agreed service levels and regulatory guidelines.

Fraud Identification:

Recognize fraud indicators and escalate cases accordingly.

Collaboration:

Work alongside specialist teams, engineers, and investigators to resolve claims efficiently.
