Role Overview
As a First Point of Contact Claims Handler, you will be the crucial link between our customers and the resolution of their motor vehicle issues. No prior motor vehicle knowledge is required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you're equipped for success.
While previous experience in a call centre environment is desirable, we value confidence, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. As part of our growing business, you'll have opportunities to progress within different departments and advance your career.
Key Responsibilities
:
Utilise our state-of-the-art claims management system to accurately record all information.
Take details of new claims from clients, gathering essential information to facilitate an effective and efficient customer journey.
Adhere to established processes for handling claims, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Collaborate with clients and business partners to guarantee the correct progression of files and maintain excellent communication throughout.
What We're Looking For:
Basic computer knowledge.
Call centre experience is an advantage but not essential.
Reliably commute or plan to relocate to Killamarsh before starting work (required).
Able to work in the United Kingdom (required).
Ability to deal with various tasks effectively with attention to detail.
Be able to prioritise workload effectively, with a willingness to be flexible.
Superb customer service skills.
Can remain calm and approachable with both colleagues and clients.
