With our uncapped quarterly incentive there is an opportunity for staff to earn OTE of 40k or even more in Claims.

Everyone who works for the company from day #1 is entitled and able to access the quarterly incentive with multiple staff already earning 7k+ per annum through this scheme to supplement their headline wages.

Staff are given the chance to adopt a new 4 day working week which offers staff the chance to do their hours in 4 working days allowing them to take 3 days off every week of the year.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence:

Provide exceptional customer service experiences.

Claims Handling:

Take first notification of new claims from clients and working partners. Regularly update clients and working partners on claim progress.

Qualifications:

Full-time commitment with a dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Build strong rapport both internally and externally. Proactively manage and prioritize your workload effectively.
