Disrepair Support, a trading style of CFS Redundancy Payments Ltd (FCA-regulated), is on a mission to help tenants living in unsafe or unsuitable housing. We connect those in need with specialist solicitors who can take legal action, improving lives and communities. Duties & Responsibilities

Speak with tenants experiencing poor housing conditions, listening to their concerns and gathering essential information. Assess eligibility and refer suitable cases to our network of specialist solicitors. Guide tenants through the process, providing clear, compassionate support at every step. Maintain accurate records and case notes using our internal systems. Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest standard of service. Meet and exceed individual and team targets, contributing to company growth.
Requirements

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Empathy and a genuine desire to help others. Ability to manage sensitive conversations with professionalism and care. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases at once. Previous experience in customer service, support, or a similar role is an advantage. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
