NFU Mutual' s Agency in Moreton-in-Marsh is recruiting for a full time Sales and Service Advisor to join our growing team.

The Role:

Process customer claims and enquiries, assessing validity of claims and identifying potential fraudulent activity. Liaise with internal Claims department, Loss Adjusters and Approved Professionals Proactively monitoring claims and providing the customer timely feedback. Logging of complaints, where required. Transact business compliantly within FCA requirements and always with a 'customer-centric' approach.
What we're looking for:

Individuals who can demonstrate the drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing clients. A confident personality who can work well within a team environment but can also work just as well as an individual Someone who shows initiative and has a "can do" attitude Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, & relationship building abilities. Customer service experience is required Previous experience in insurance is advantageous but not essential Minimum of Grade C in GCSE Math's and English (or equivalent). Full driving license and access to your own vehicle.
