As our business continues to grow, we're looking to expand our team with a dedicated and experienced Claims Handler to manage insurance claims and ensure a smooth process for our customers.

Job Overview:



We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Claims Handler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the claims process, liaising with insurance companies, and ensuring that all necessary documentation and procedures are completed efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of computers, ideally within the motor vehicle or body repair industry. Knowledge of Autoflow would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle and process claims from insurers, ensuring all necessary data is submitted accurately and in a timely manner.

Liaise with insurance companies, assessors, and customers to gather information and resolve any issues or queries.

Provide regular updates to customers on the progress of their claims and repair work.

Maintain accurate records of all claims, including communications, claims status, and documentation.

Coordinate with the repair team to ensure work is completed on schedule and to the highest standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications:



Previous experience in a claims handling role, preferably within the automotive or body repair industry.

Strong knowledge of computers, including claim notifications and documentation.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deal with customers and insurers professionally.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple claims simultaneously.

A proactive and customer-focused attitude.

Knowledge of motor vehicle repairs and bodywork would be advantageous.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or car repair management software.

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
