Our offices are based in Warrington, whilst we assist clients nationwide.

About our team.

Our Motor Claims Handlers will be the first point of contact for clients involved in a road traffic accident. Whilst offering excellent customer service, our Motor Claims Handlers will fact-find and access the claim information. Paying close attention to detail is key as we accurately input the client data into our systems (ProClaim). The claims team is a lively one and teamwork is essential. We work to team targets whilst also benefiting from un-capped commission.

Our aim is to get the client back in the position they were in prior to the accident. To do this you will manage your own caseload efficiently and maintain close attention to detail. We provide a

Our Motor Claims Team is a growing team and we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and ambitious to join. Skills which will help you succeed in this role are;

Experience of Motor Claims.

Problem solving and decision-making skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Administration and accurate data entry.

Fact finding ability.

Ability to prioritise work and work towards deadlines.

Role specific knowledge is desired (Liability, ABT GTA, Vehicle Groupings, PI)
