St James's Place (SJP) mis-selling claims

, and we're looking for a talented

Claims Lead

to take ownership of this exciting new area.

The Role

As Claims Lead for SJP, you will:

Build and lead

our new SJP claims division, shaping strategy and processes from the ground up.

Develop strong, evidence-based claims

, ensuring regulatory compliance and maximising customer outcomes.

Oversee the customer journey

, designing a digital-first experience that's simple, supportive, and effective.

Forge partnerships

with lead generators, introducers, and law firms to scale volumes responsibly.

Lead and mentor a small team

, embedding our values of

commitment, commerciality, and caring

.

Stay ahead of the curve

, monitoring FCA/FOS decisions and SJP developments.

Report directly to directors

, bringing insight, energy, and accountability.

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you:

Have strong experience specifically in

handling St James Place claims

. Understand

FOS/FCA processes

and what drives successful redress. Are commercially minded, but always put the

customer's best interest first

. Enjoy building processes, leading teams, and

taking ownership of results.

Pay: 45,000.00-65,000.00 per year
