The ideal candidate will possess strong culinary skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring food safety standards, and leading a team of cooks to produce high-quality dishes that reflect our restaurant's vision.
What You'll Do:
Run your own section during evening service only
Assist other sections during preparation when needed
Ensure high standards of food quality, consistency, and cleanliness
Work as part of a dedicated and supportive team
