incidents. Our clients include major insurers, loss adjusters, and private homeowners.
We're seeking a
Claims & Operations Administrator
to support our UK team remotely from South Africa. This is a fast-paced, detail-focused role involving
claims management, team coordination, and operational administration
to help keep our restoration projects running smoothly.
Claims Administration:
Process and manage property restoration insurance claims using internal systems (training provided).
Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely updates.
Maintain accurate claim records, documents, and reports.
Monitor service levels (SLAs) and assist with preparing management summaries.
Coordinate with UK field staff and restoration technicians for scheduling and customer updates.
Operations & Team Support:
Provide administrative and logistical support to the UK office and field teams.
Arrange bookings such as parking, accommodation, and equipment.
Support technician scheduling, vehicle management, and document control.
Compile weekly and monthly performance or expense reports.
Help maintain smooth communication between office and field teams.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years' experience
in administration, operations, or claims handling.
Strong written and verbal
English communication skills

Excellent
organisation and attention to detail
.
Confident working
independently and remotely
.
Proficient in
Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
(especially Sheets/Excel and Docs/Word).
Experience in
insurance, property restoration, or field service coordination
is a plus.
Must have a
stable internet connection
and a
dedicated workspace
.
Must be available to work
UK hours (9 AM - 5 PM GMT)
.
What We Offer
Competitive monthly pay:
ZAR 17,500 - 26,000
, depending on experience.
