Davies Group, Loss Adjusting division is looking to recruit a Loss Adjuster Technician to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a vital role in the management of Adjuster led claims, providing support to the Adjusters, and working actively on claims >25k. You will need to be a great communicator, dedicated to providing a professional and proactive service for clients, suppliers, and customers. The successful candidate(s) will liaise with a variety of individuals both internally and externally, while managing incoming emails, telephone calls, suppliers, clients and will be required to demonstrate the ability to manage claim processes and dedicated caseloads in the absence of the Adjuster.

Your New Role





Supporting dedicated Adjuster(s) in the proactive management of claims. o Manage caseload in conjunction with Adjusters, acting autonomously within authority levels. o Answer inbound calls, taking action to support customers, suppliers, and clients. o Review and Issue reports to clients. o Resolve customer queries, questions, or complaints, working with all parties involved for the best customer outcomes. o Appoint suppliers and manage progress, independently of Adjuster engagement. o Make outbound calls to customer/supplier/clients. o Dealing with and actioning associated tasks in relation to claims. o Support the Adjuster with making technical decisions

What You'll Bring to the Role





Minimum of 2 years' experience in property claims management. o Ideally experienced in reviewing scopes or work, identifying errors, and missed items. o Ability add value in claim reserving and reserve movements. o Ability to deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment. o Capable of effective communication - both written and verbal o
