We would like the successful candidate to:

Promote the unique brand that is Clarins. Create retail interest to attract and entice customers, giving excellent customer focus and engagement. Develop customer focus by creating loyal customers who will keep returning to the brand. Have the confidence to overcome selling challenges.
To do this the successful candidate should be:

Passionate and well informed about skincare and beauty. A confident and articulate communicator. Comfortable in a target driven environment. Pro-active and enjoy developing new sales opportunities. Customer focused and results-oriented.
The successful candidate will have:

Experience in a hands-on beauty role with exceptional customer service skills. Commercial/retail awareness Excellent people skills with an ability to make customers comfortable and engaged. Flexibility to work shifts which may include some evenings and always weekends.
