Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Class 1 ADR Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering goods safely and efficiently across various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and customer service.

Duties

Delivery of ADR consignments across the UK Ensure the safe loading and unloading of cargo, adhering to all safety protocols. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain accurate delivery records and logs as required by company policy. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road. Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients at delivery points.

Requirements

Valid commercial class 1 driving licence with Driver CPC qualification is essential Valid ADR licence is essential Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices in commercial driving. Excellent time management skills with a focus on punctuality and reliability. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with team members and clients. A commitment to maintaining a clean driving record throughout employment.
