--a role where reliability, safety and customer service take centre stage. Operating on a consistent twilight shift (2pm-10pm), you will play a vital role in delivery fuel safety and efficiently to our valued customers.
We're expanding our team and currently recruiting two professional Fuel Tanker Drivers to join our growing operations. We're looking for:
2 x Class 1 / Cat CE (Articulated) Fuel Tanker Driver - Spalding
The Role: What to Expect
This is a driving job with a difference, that is a hands-on role for someone who likes to be physically active throughout the day, working in all weather conditions, delivering fuels and lubricants to a wide variety of domestic, agricultural and commercial customers and our own depots in the across the North East, Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Norfolk region. You'll be responsible for performing deliveries, loading and unloading your vehicle daily--either at our depot or at designated fuel terminals - and be the face of WCF to our customers.
You'll need to think on your feet, work independently and maintain the highest standards of safety, compliance and service. This role can be challenging; however, the varied nature of your day-to-day deliveries would be highly rewarding for the right person.

: Overtime is a regular and expected part of the role, especially during our busy seasons. In return, all overtime is paid at an enhanced rate, giving you the chance to boost your earnings while helping us meet critical demand. Flexibility and reliability are key and highly valued.
About You
We're looking for someone with grit, professionalism and strong customer service values. You'll thrive here if you're:
A qualified
HGV Class 1
driver (ADR certificate with Class 3 in tanks is a strong advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidate)
Driver CPC
certified.
PDP
(Petroleum Drivers Passport) - Desirable
Practical, methodical and safety conscious.
Can manage physically demanding tasks and be comfortable with manual work during daily operations.
Have excellent understanding of tachograph regulations.
Capable of working independently and taking ownership of tasks and responsibility.
Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
Willing to work flexible hours to support customer needs especially in colder months.
Interview Process
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview between 1st September & 5th September. The process will include:
A structured interview with competency-based questions
A practical driver assessment to evaluate safety, handling of the vehicle
