Job Description
Overview
We are looking for a driver who is able to driver all type's of vehicles we have on site, swapping vehicle's daily to co-inside with other driver's being on holiday and sick. This position will flexible with hours and what they will be doing day to day.
Duties
Operate lorries safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations. Load and unload cargo, securing it properly for transport. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Adhere to all company policies regarding safety, conduct, and customer service.
Skills
Experience with flatbed lorries is an advantage. Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. A valid commercial driving licence (C+E) is required. Someone who is ready to learn and is flexible with what vehicle they will be driving.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
Work Location: In person
