Job Description

Key Description-

We are a Fuel Company Based out of Marchwood Industrial estate, we cater to contracted work and also sub-contracted spot hire work, we have on-going work and need to recruit for a Class 1 - Tramper to work Mon-Friday on a newly acquired Contract. This will be delivering mainly Aviation/Avgas products and the understanding of Paperwork for Aviation would be advantage but training will be provided.

our work varies from Commercial bulk deliveries to Gravity Forecourt deliveries.

Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a truck to transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Load and deliver Fuel products as per customers instructions.
- Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while on the road
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure its safety and functionality
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays
- Communicate with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and address any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a truck driver, preferably with Fuel Tankers or commercial driving experience
- Ability to operate automatic transmission vehicles
- Excellent knowledge of traffic laws, regulations, and safety procedures
- Strong communication skills to interact with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers on the road
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy Hoses and spending long hours behind the wheel
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate recordkeeping and safe handling of cargo

Pay: 17.50-20.00 per hour
