About Gee's Haulage

We're a family-run transport company with over 40 years of experience, proudly based in Wakefield. Thanks to continued growth and new contracts, we're expanding our team and looking for a Class 1 HGV Tramper Driver to join our trusted crew.

What You'll Be Doing

Driving nationwide across the UK Nights out (tramper work) Manual loading and unloading of cargo Securing goods to prevent damage during transit Operating Class 1 HGV vehicles safely and efficiently, in full compliance with traffic regulations Keeping your vehicle clean, roadworthy, and reporting maintenance needs promptly

What We're Looking For

A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work under pressure Good knowledge of the UK road network (ideal but not essential) Polite, courteous, and professional approach Physically fit and dependable Flexible with working hours and overnight stays A team player with strong communication skills Good literacy, numeracy, and fluent spoken English Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain high driving standards Willingness to take responsibility for vehicle cleanliness and cargo security

Experience preferred but not essential - full training provided by our experienced driver trainers.

Pay & Benefits

Gross Weekly Pay

Mon-Fri (60 hrs incl. nights out)1,050

Mon-Sat (incl. nights out)1,250
