Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Class 1 tramper Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial driving and a strong understanding of vehicle operation . This role involves transporting goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. The Driver will be responsible for operating various types of vehicles, including tractor-trailers, and flatbeds.

Responsibilities

Operate commercial vehicles, including trucks and trailers, in a safe and efficient manner. Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition. Load and unload freight, secure loads for transport Follow designated routes for deliveries while maintaining compliance with traffic laws and regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and any incidents that occur during transport Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the vehicle.

Requirements

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a truck driver or delivery driver Familiarity with various types of trailers including curtain side & flatbed Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members Ability to work independently while managing time effectively to meet delivery deadlines.
