FreightForce require Class 2 Drivers due to internally training/promoting our own drivers up to Class 1 positions

What does the role require?

Driving an 18t Rigid curtain-side Daf truck fitted with tail lift (Training is provided) Operating an electric Pallet truck provided (Training given) Completing 10 -15 deliveries/collection per day of palletised freight in a confined area of Norfolk. Using apps such as Qargo and Fleet Check on a daily basis to record deliveries and confirmations of jobs complete along with registering vehicle checks. Training to use these apps is provided.

Freight Force offer the opportunity to become a class one C+ E licence holder with internal training and job position given. We have promoted 6 drivers to class 1 inside 6 months.

What is the package?

Weekly Pay 1 week in arrears. 37k- 39k a year 50.00 uplift per week if you have an FLT licence (FreightTrain can provide Inhouse training to obtain this for free) 28 days holiday per year (inc. Bank Holiday) Annual non accident bonus of 500 paid if you have no accidents in a calendar year (Jan-Dec) Driver referral scheme in operation , receive 200 for a successful referral of another driver should that driver finish/complete a successful probation. Minimum 13.00 per hour Monday to Friday 15.00 per hour Weekends

Forklift licence is an advantage and rewarded with an extra 50 per week, equalling 2600 per annum. FreightForce have in house forklift and HGV trainer to progress your skill set with forklift and C+E .

Clean licence preferred maximum 6 points accepted

250 bonus payment will be given should the individual pass there 3 months probation period.

Monday to Friday (Weekends optional)
Experience:

Commercial driving experience: 1 year Holder of the Category C entitlement. Newly passed Class 1 Drivers would be considered and moved up after successful period of 3-6 months.
