Due to our continued success we currently have an opportunity for a Class 2 driver.

Key Responsibilities:

To drive Category C/Class 2 vehicle safely, legally and efficiently. To comply with all driver hours and Road Transport Directive legislation. To maintain safety and security of load at all times. To carry out all necessary checks to ensure vehicle is safe and legal and to follow appropriate procedures if it is not. To act as company ambassador when dealing with customers. To complete all paperwork promptly and as accurately as possible. To plan and adapt routes as necessary and feedback to office on any issues. To comply with all Health and Safety requirements in the depot, on road and at customers' premises and to take responsibility for ensuring own fitness to drive at all times.
In order to fulfil the requirements of this opportunity you must be in good health and be prepared to work flexibly as part of a team. You must have a Driver CPC Qualification and have knowledge of load restraint procedures to inc 'ratchet and strap'. New pass and inexperienced drivers are welcome.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 7.00am-16.30pm. (42.5 hours per week)
