The Role

As an

RSM Van Driver

, you'll be the friendly face of Eden Springs, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service every time. You'll handle timely deliveries, maintain hygiene standards, and contribute to the smooth running of branch operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the move, engaging with customers, and working as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver scheduled water orders (95%) and additional orders (90%) on time and in full Sanitise customer equipment in line with WHA and company standards Accurately record delivery activity, including signatures and photo verification Follow company procedures for stock control, delivery thresholds, and cost efficiency Work with planning and service centre teams to optimise delivery routes Maintain correct vehicle stock levels and report damaged or missing items Support warehouse, sales, and supply chain teams with time-sensitive tasks Assist with warehouse duties when required

What We're Looking For

Experience in multi-drop deliveries Flexible approach to working hours FLT (Forklift Truck) experience desirable -- training provided if needed Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and problem-solving skills Class 2 License
