CLASS 2 DRIVER
Ongoing work available in Leicester for a well known supermarket chain - one of the UK\'s biggest food retailers!
Shifts:
- AM (0500-0600) & PM (12:30-14:00) starts available
- 7 day a week operation - Ongoing work available
- Weekend work available
- Up to 7 drops to stores per run - 1 or 2 runs per shift
- Delivering 2-10 cages of chilled & ambient goods (including any meat and alcohol)
- Collection of empty cages
- Use of HGV tail lifts
- Driver will be loading/unloading their vehicle at the start & end of shift
- Completing vehicle defect and maintaining logs
- Mon to Fri \xc2\xa316.21ph PAYE / \xc2\xa317.71ph LTD
- Saturdays/Sundays/Bank Hols \xc2\xa320.69ph PAYE / \xc2\xa322.19ph LTD
- Must be flexible with working AM & PM shifts as shift patterns change
- A valid full category Class 2/LGV C licence
- A minimum of 6 months driving experience needed
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Work well with others or independently if needed
- Have good customer service skills and an eye for detail
- As a driver must have a current CPC and Digi card
- No more than 6 points on your licence for insurance purposes (no BA/CD/CU DR/DD/IN offences please)
