We're currently recruiting Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for a leading home delivery company based in Nottingham. This is a long-term, ongoing position with regular work all year round -- no seasonal slowdowns.
You'll be working alongside a drivers' mate, delivering a variety of household products directly to customers. The role includes
some handballing
and requires excellent customer service skills.Pay & Hours
14.79 per hour
basic rate22.19 per hour
overtime (after 48 hours) 9-13 hour shifts5 days out of 7
, including weekends (7-day rota)Key Responsibilities
Driving a
Class 2 (Cat C)
vehicle safely and efficiently Delivering goods to residential addresses with a drivers' mate Carrying out manual handling and loading/unloading duties Providing great customer service at each delivery Completing all relevant paperwork and compliance checksRequirements
Valid
Class 2 (Category C) licence
CPC
andDigital Tachograph Card
Aged 23+
(insurance requirement)No more than 6 penalty points
and no major driving endorsements Must pass aHighway Code test
