We are a leading wholesale distributor to the Fish & Chip industry and our business is growing at a fast pace. To help us ensure we continue to offer the very best levels of service we are recruiting a relief class 2 multi-drop driver who can also work in the warehouse at our depot in Peterborough.

Driving:

You will be delivering food and non-food products to our customers in multiple locations throughout the day. The routes vary on a day-to-day basis, but you will have regular customers, meaning there is a good mix of both variety and familiarity, which our drivers appreciate.

Warehouse:

You will be required to carry out general warehouse duties including filling fresh oil from our tankers to bottle in a box, picking orders accurately and packing them correctly onto a pallet for distribution to the customer. You will need to have the ability to work on your own initiative and be able to work well within a team.

This role is Tuesday to Friday, 48 hours per week (no weekends or nights).

Requirements:

Who we are looking for:

• Someone with a Category C LGV License, a driver\'s card and an up-to-date CPC card (we do provide ongoing CPC training as required).
• You will enjoy a physical challenge (it is a physically demanding role!) and you will care about doing the very best for our customers. You will also take pride in being the face of our company to so many people every day. Good math\'s and English skills are key too as you will need to interpret delivery notes and invoices.
• Counterbalance and Reach FLT experience is desired but full training can be provided for the right candidate.
