Window Supply Company manufacture and supply UPVC windows and doors to trade. Established in March 2019, the company has quickly become one of the largest window and door fabricating companies in Scotland. The head office and manufacturing facility are based in Whitburn, West Lothian with trade counters in Aberdeen, Bellshill, Dundee, Livingston, Loanhead, Inverness and Kilmarnock and 3 in England, Lincoln, Manchester and Sheffield. The company prides itself on delivering the most advanced and energy efficient windows in the uPVC market alongside exceptional service. Due to ambitious and exciting growth plans, the company has an exciting opportunity for 2 Class 2 HGV Drivers to join the team.

Key responsibilities to include:

Driving with due care and attention to road traffic laws and current legislation on driver's hours, rest periods, tachographs and reporting of accidents

Collection/Delivery of Company manufactured goods to our clients at Trade Counters and to site

Daily vehicle checks

Loading/Unloading vehicle

Necessary Requirements:

Full Class 2 driving licence

Clean driving licence (preferable but no more than 3 points)

No CD or DR Endorsements

Digital tachograph card

Full Driver DCPC

Personal qualities and attributes:

Strong work and environmental ethic with a focus on continuous improvement

Ability to work as part of a team but also take initiative and work independently when necessary

Good communications skills at all levels

Good customer service skills

Flexible and reliable

Dayshift: Monday - Friday 7.00am - 3.45pm

The successful candidate will have previous experience delivering manufactured products however knowledge of UPVC window and door fabrication (although desirable) is not essential.
