About the Role:
We're on the lookout for dedicated HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our team in Bridgend. If you're seeking steady hours, varied routes, and a supportive environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Transporting Palletised Parcels: Deliver goods to couriers or collect from delivery units, ensuring each parcel reaches its destination on time.
• Regular Routes: With 4-5 drops per shift, you'll enjoy consistency while still experiencing the variety of different locations.
• Safe and Efficient Driving: Operate HGV Class 2 vehicles with utmost safety and efficiency, adhering to all driving regulations and company policies.
• Paperwork Management: Keep all documentation accurate and up to date, including delivery notes and logs, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.

What We're Looking For:

• Full UK Driving Licence: Must include HGV Class 2 (Cat C) entitlement.
• Driver's CPC and Digital Tachograph: Essential for professional and legal driving.
• Communication Skills: As the face of our company on the road, you'll need excellent verbal skills to interact with clients and colleagues effectively.
• Open to New Drivers: Recently qualified drivers are welcome, with a short driving assessment to ensure readiness.

Shifts and Hours:

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week, with 5 shifts out of 7, offering stable work-life balance.
• Rotas in Advance: Enjoy the predictability of knowing your schedule ahead of time.
• Flexible Contracts: Part-time hours are available to suit different needs.
• Day and Night Shifts: Day shifts start from 4:30 am, while night shifts begin at 1:00 am. Adaptable to your lifestyle.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year is essential, with immediate start opportunities available.
