Role Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Class 2 HGV Driver to join our expanding logistics team. This role involves the nationwide collection and delivery of vehicles, as well as occasional palletised goods. Due to the nature of logistics, some days will be longer than others, some days drivers will finish early, and there are also the occasional nights out depending on routes and delivery schedules. All new starters are put in to a 2 week training programme at our offices and out on the road.

Key Responsibilities

Safely load, secure, and transport vehicles to and from locations across the UK. Conduct thorough vehicle surveys at collection and delivery points, accurately recording condition. Maintain timely and professional communication with the transport office. Occasionally handle palletised goods and collections from third-party warehouses. Accurately complete all paperwork and digital documentation. Adhere to all relevant driving regulations, health & safety protocols, and company policies.

Requirements

Full UK Class 2 (Category C) HGV licence. Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card. Flexible approach to start/finish times and willingness to do night outs. High attention to detail, especially when surveying and handling vehicles. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Physically fit and capable of assisting with loading/unloading.
