Are you upbeat, energetic, and love working with little ones? We're looking for a creative and caring Class Leader to join the Happy Hands Club family! If you've got a passion for mindfulness activities, music, movement, and making people smile, this could be the perfect flexible role for you.

What You'll Do



Lead fun and engaging music & movement sessions for babies and toddlers. Create a friendly, welcoming environment for parents and carers. Use music, props, puppets, and bubbles to deliver magical sessions that support early development. Set up and pack away the kit at local venues.

Full training, equipment, and ongoing support provided. Ready-made session plans - just bring your energy and personality! Flexible work to suit your lifestyle (perfect for parents or those seeking a rewarding part-time role). Potential for extra income through nursery sessions, parties, and holiday events.

Initial Requirements



We're currently recruiting for sessions on: Monday 12-2pm Aberfan, Merthyr Tydfil Monday 10-11am Bryncethin, Bridgend Thursday 10-11am Penarth, Cardiff Training will begin in June/July with flexible shadowing opportunities.

Who You Are



Friendly, reliable, and confident leading a group. A driver with your own car that can fit class equipment. Comfortable lifting and moving props and setting up/clearing venues. Experience with children or a childcare/teaching background is helpful, but not essential - attitude and energy matter most!

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: 15.00-30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 per week
