What is the job role?
We are currently looking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and inspirational SEN Teacher who brings a "can do" attitude and a strong desire to work with children with complex learning needs. The successful candidate will ideally begin with us in 2026. Our school is expanding, and you will play a key role in supporting this growth while continuing our journey towards excellence. We aim to hire someone who will help shape the future of our school and inspire the next generation of learners.
You will have experience working with special needs children, particularly those with Autism, and a keen interest in demonstrating innovation and excellence in your classroom practice. We are looking for someone with high expectations for themselves and their pupils--someone who can engage and challenge students with complex needs, helping them develop a lifelong love of learning and realise their full potential. A solid understanding of Early Years principles is beneficial, as we incorporate these across all age groups within the school. You will be teaching children with complex needs, including ASD, sensory difficulties, and potentially PMLD children.
