What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to:
Be a qualified teacher (QTS) with a passion for inclusive education.
Ideally have experience of teaching pupils with a range of learning difficulties, or a strong commitment to learning how best to support our pupils to achieve their full potential.
Be resilient, patient, and demonstrate a positive, caring attitude.
Be highly organised and able to plan, deliver, and reflect on engaging, effective lessons.
Be adaptable, creative, and inspirational in your approach to teaching and learning.
Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals.
Be committed to ensuring every child reaches their full potential in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
Show enthusiasm for developing your knowledge and practice in special educational needs (SEN).
Share our ethos of teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement.
