Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Class Teacher to join our thriving primary school. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for planning, teaching, and assessing a class of students, contributing to a vibrant and inclusive learning environment.

We welcome applications from newly qualified teachers, who will receive exceptional support through our extensive induction and mentoring programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with a knowledge-led curriculum Inspire and motivate children through innovative and creative learning approaches Set high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes respect and curiosity Collaborate within a year group team, sharing ideas, planning and best practices Embrace and uphold the school's ethos, vision and values

Essential Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification Proven experience (or ECT placement experience) within an educational setting Ability to plan, teach, and assess effectively Commitment to ongoing professional development Willingness to undertake induction training and further qualifications as required A strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusive education
