Class Teaching Assistant
to join our friendly and supportive team. You will be based in Year 2.
The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to supporting high standards of attainment and behaviour. They will be proactive, creative and flexible in their approach, with a genuine ability to understand and meet the diverse needs of all children. A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills and a passion for helping young learners thrive are essential.
Applicants should:
Have knowledge and experience of working with children, including delivering phonics sessions to groups of children
Be able to build positive working relationships with children, their parents and colleagues
Be able to adapt and respond to the needs of our children
Show good organisational skills
Use their initiative in order to meet the needs of our children
Have the skills and understanding of how to support children individually and in groups
Be willing to immerse themselves fully into the life of our school
Be able to inspire and motivate our children
