We're looking for a skilled and passionate Classic Car Mechanic to join our specialist restoration team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Retro, classic, or performance vehicles and a meticulous approach to mechanical restoration, repair, and assembly.

This role offers the opportunity to work on rare and Iconic vehicles from the 80s 90s and 2000s alongside a carefully selected team of professionals who share a deep respect for craftsmanship and detail.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out full and partial restorations of classic and performance vehicles. Diagnose, repair, and rebuild mechanical components including engines, gearboxes, suspension, and braking systems. Perform precise assembly and setup work to factory or improved specifications. Collaborate with the fabrication, paint, and trim departments to ensure seamless project progress. Maintain high workshop standards, cleanliness, and attention to detail at all times. Record work completed as requested and communicate progress clearly with project managers. Support testing, setup, and final inspection of completed vehicles.
Skills & Attributes

Proven experience as a mechanic or technician working with classic, retro, or specialist vehicles. Strong mechanical knowledge, ideally with experience in engine rebuilds and classic car rebuilds from bare shells. Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing work to a show-quality standard. Methodical and organised approach with strong problem-solving skills. Able to work independently as well as part of a close-knit, professional team. Reliable, proactive, and committed to excellence. Familiarity with both traditional and modern tools and diagnostic techniques. Welding, fabrication, or electrical experience is an advantage but not essential. Full UK driving licence preferred.

Pay: 16.11-21.42 per hour
